Mike Marquardt is a talented and experienced mason. He took down and rebuilt to code two of our chimneys that were crumbling and falling away from the house. He searched and found reclaimed brick to mach our 1966 home, which was not easy. He is reliable, starts the project when he says he will, and works hard long days to finish. His works is amazing which prompted our neighbors to hire him as well. I believe many of the houses in our sub, Edenderry Hills in Northville has had work done by Mike Marquardt, and we are all very pleased!! If you are looking for an experience mason who is honest, talented and hard working, he is the one I would recommend.

My wife and I contacted Mike when we wanted to remodel our kitchen and identified that we liked the look of natural stone and asked them how we could incorporate it into the design. Mike worked with us to come up with several creative options for us to choose from and provided excellent guidance on the best ways to execute the look we wanted and made sure all the functional aspects were considered. The final product came out beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Every guest that comes into our house compliments the job Mike did and express their desire for similar stonework in their house. I contracted Mike Marquardt to remove and replace our driveway, sidewalk and front porch. We wanted to expand our driveway to accommodate some additional parking space for our cars and Mike did an excellent job with the design. Mike and his co-workers were friendly, efficient, capable and hard working. I especially appreciated that they were able to bring in top soil to make the ground level with the new driveway area as we live on a hill. They were also able to integrate our existing brick paver walkway to the new driveway. Our front porch looks beautiful with a new brick base and a poured concrete top. The job was completed on time with outstanding quality , and everything cleaned up after the construction. I highly recommend Mike Marquardt.
